Since upgrading, when I go onto Outlook to check e-mails, I cannot send or receive. The 'check for new e-mail window' is blank and I cannot see how to input an account!!Can anyone help, please?
Can you set up a new mail account? Tools, accounts, add (or something like that...)
I think it's something to do with options/properties and then add Internet mail but is does not seem to have that option listed!
I have realised that the Internet e-mail option is missing on the options/tools/services/add selection. I have tried re-installing Outlook, but it still does not appear - any ideas?
How about "detect and repair" from the help menu?
