MS Office Outlook 2007 dialogue box

  asw 23:12 03 Jan 2008

I've just configured a new Vista laptop with MS Office 2007 Pro. Having set up MS Outlook as my email client I keep getting the dialogue box below:
"Either there is no default mail client or the current client cannot fulfill the messaging request. Please run MS Office Outlook and set it as the default mail client"
I have opened "tools - options - other and set Outlook as the default mail, contact and calendar client but the irritating dialogue keeps popping up!!!
Apart from this Outlook is performing OK, send receive, file etc etc...
Anybody any ideas for a solution, please???

I am assuming you are using Vista. Try going to Default Programs and check there.

Thanks Rawprawn, good idea I'd not thought of but it didn't solve the problem????
