MS Office Icons

I have a set of new high resolution icons from the internet... but unlike the other icons the office ones will not let them be changed by the change icon but (greyed out) anyone know a workaround?

Create a new folder and call it something like 'Office Shortcuts'. Navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Microsoft Office and move the shortcuts you want to change into your new folder just for backup purposes. Now you can create new shortcuts in the C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Microsoft Office folder and you will be able to change the icons as you wish. Someone may come up with a better way of doing what you want but I've just done this with Office 2003 in Windows XP and found that it works.
