MS Office 2003 Defaults to Times New Roman. Can I change this in advance so that allfuture documents open with Ariel?

Thanks - it works fine in Word. Can I do the same thing in Publisher?

Thanks - when I click I get a MS page - it tells me to click on your website if I want instructions. There I selected 'Set defaults for new text boxes....' When I click it takes my back to the original article. What am I doing wrong?
