so what software can i use and is there any tutorials.
heard itunes does something simular but find it hard to use.

so if im looking for a certain song i can find it via teaxt search and what disc and album its on.

Be careful of trying out different software. I tried one(cant remember name)from BBC click a long while back & it reorganised all my tracks....made a right mess :(

all my music is on discs so it cant hurt them.
was just wanting to COPY TRACK names into a txt doc so if i wanted a certain song i can just do a quick search for it and it will tell me which album its on and which disc.

have got all albums in txt docs and just use txt search program to do a quick search and it tells me which disc that album is on as all the discs are all numbered.
