Hi,
Anybody know anything about this browser? it was reccomended to me but I know nothing about it, was wondering, if I downloaded it could i use it as well as IE6, or would that cause problems?
Cheers

I did try it, you should be able to use it alongside IE, I had no problems.

The only reason I uninstalled it, is that I prefer Avant browser instead.

Word of warning, if you do install it and decide you don't like it and take it off, it hasn't got an uninstaller, so be prepared to manually remove the trail in your registry and re-associate all the files it's associated to FireBird.

As a matter of interest this is the browser I use: click here

Firebird is an excellent browser ... the only problem is that it is still in beta stage .

I have found that it has some problems with javascript and some php pages but in general it is a good browser.

Avant on the other hand is an excellent browser small and fast.

Thanks guys, does Avant come with an un-installer?

Yes it does, it can be removed from the add/remove programs in control panel.
