yeah! I know, cut and paste, drag and drop etc. but what about shortcuts on desktop or registry settings. I have about 2 1/2 gig available on c: drive which is 20 gig max and d: drive is an 80 gig. So i want to move a few things over to the bigger disc as I think due to small amount of space available on c drive is slowing the computer down. Winxp home is on the c drive.
I do need a bit of help.

Thanks for the tip. worked a treat. Could i ask you another question. Read somewhere recently about there not really being a requirement within a computer system to set aside storage for swap files. Don't suppose you or anyone else can elaborate on this and if this is dealt with in C drive and is not needed would it open up more space to utilise.
