I have recently got a new Windows 7 64 bit PC.Occasionally the mouse pointer goes very large. The only way I have found to reset it to normal size is to reboot the PC.I have checked the mouse settings and even tried changing the mouse pointer size settings, but to no avail.Anyone any idea?P.S. My video card is an ATI HD5770 with the latest drivers. Thanks,Tim Edwards
It's a known problem with ATI's 5xxx series cards - see click here.Try this hotfix from ATI click here.Others solved it by updating the BIOS on their Gigabyte motherboards - see click here. G
Hi, I've had the same problem now for about 2 months and it's a pain in the rear end because if it happens and you try to play a game the PC just crashes.Mine happens when I use the Internet, be it Google Chrome or IE, after about 5 minutes pointer just increases in size. Thanks Crossbow7 for the info, I thought it was just me, seems that quite a few people have the same problem.
