Hey, I've built my pc and everything but the USB ports work fine. I don't know if it's that I've connected the cables in the wrong place or something - neither the front ports or back ones work.
I'm using
motherboard : Asus P5VD2-VM Socket 775 P4M900 VT8237a PCI-Ex16 mATX
Case: click here

thanks for any help you could give :)

Have you loaded any drivers that are included on the motherboard disk?

On the motherboard header, there is a white line which denotes pin 1, usually on the motherboard, right of the header.

Pin 1 = red

Pin 2 = white or the lightest colour

Pin 3 = slightly darker, blue, green or even brown

Pin 4 = black for earth or ground
