Hi All

I am looking to buy an ASUS P5QL/EPU Motherboard to replace my existing faulty board, however the CPU supported list does not list an Intel E6600 Core2Duo. It does however list several other Core2Duo CPU's. Would anyone know if my CPU might work with the board, or why it does not appear on the supported list in the first place.

Thanks in advance

Thats the PRO version board which appears to be a discontinued product.!

Sorry did not notice it was the Pro. It certainly does not appear to support the E6600.

It is odd because both use the P43 chipset.

I have found a rather nice Gigabyte board Ep43-UD3L, with easy overclocking feature, which should be in pocession by Weds.!!

Thanks any way bremner
