More help on VLookup Please

VoG™ has helped me before on VLookup but being a bit thick, I still cannot get my head round this.

I have a spreadsheet with approx 12000 product codes in column A and 12350 in column B. I need to know which codes appear in both columns without spending weeks doing it (stock take coming up). A VLookup formula would be very much appreciated.

Firstly transpose columns A and B.

Then in C2 (I assume that you have text in Row 1)

=ISNA(VLOOKUP(A2,A2:B12000,2,FALSE),FALSE,TRUE)

Then click in C2, hover over the bottom right of the cell until the cursor turns into a + and double click to copy the formula down.
