I have had a Netgear DG834 for 4 or 5 years without a single problem. Would definitely recommend it, especially as it will operate with high speed connections.

A bit dearer but I now have a Belkin N+ (lifetime guarantee) Works better than old Lynksis.

I love my Linksys WAG54GS router click here I have never had a problem with it in the 5 or 6 years that I've had it. Mine is 802.11g, you might want to go for 802.11n as it's the newer standard, but they are more expensive at the moment.
