I have two Dell Computers in two different rooms, at moment one is connected to Broadband Modem via a line. I want to connect the second to broadband , via a wireless Router, can anyone advise how this is done and recommend a router which is reasonably priced and whether this is an easy thing to do.

(1) very cheap, but the 2nd PC access the Net via first one, so the first one must be on for the first one to use

get a pair of wireless usb stick, establish a peer to peer network, enable the Internet Connection Sharing in first PC, so 2nd one access net via first one, stick cost £11.99 each click here

(2) use a modem router, both PC access net independently via router, you only need to switch on the PC you want to use

D--Link DSL-G604T 54Mbp Wireless ADSL Router w/DWL-G122 USB Adapter £66.08 click here

the usb adaptor come with the package can be used in 2nd PC, for the 1st PC, you just link with router via Ethernet (Lan) port, if you do not have lan port, you can get another wireless usb stick or install a PCI lan adaptor £2.46 click here, if you do not want to open PC, you can get usb lan adaptor £6.57 click here
