Can anyone help? I seem to have an intermittent fault when dialling up. Every now and then, error message appears "You must configure a modem before you can use this program"The PC has been back to the shopa few times, but fault still re-occurs. Does anyone know what is causing it? Is it a faulty modem, or perhaps the mofdem driver? Help Please!
