A guy at my work was given a Tiny AA25 seemingly in working order, yet nothing was shown on the monitor when he tried to boot up the pc.

I am having a look at it and so far after googling First Tiny AA25,very little info.I then tried the mobo which a MSI here

So far as I can make out the video socket does not work.I think the keyboard socket doesn't either.
The mouse (optical) is getting power.
The onboard speaker doesn't seem to be working,no beeps.
CPU fan turns.

I suspect a faulty Mobo.

Try connecting to an external monitor, you may need a key combination (Fn + F5 / F7) to activate it.

To see if anything appears, may just be a backlight or invertor dead.
