missing DLL

While trying to download Offline Commander, I get a message at the end of the instal process that MFC42D.DLL is missing. Uninstalling and reintstalling Offline Commander doesn't cure the problem.

How and where can I find this missing DLL and get it back on my system? (Simple instructions please, as I am a computer novice)

Where it goes will depend on your version of Windows.
