Mini-ITX PC (VIA EPIA800) Dead

I use a Mini-ITX based PC bought from click here I use it with a Linux-CD distro called Geexbox (click here), which enables me to watch DivX media on my TV at home.

Recently all has been fine with the system, the Geexbox as a shutdown option, but i can also hold the power button down for 4 seconds which will shut it down. This has never been a problem.

But today i cannot get any life out of the system. When hooked up to composite video-out or regular VGA monitor port, i get no picture at all (so i cannot access the BIOS).

When switching it on, the HDD's appear to spinup, and the power and CPU fans also spin, so i dont think its a power related problem.

The question i ask, Is my PC dead? I wouldnt like to spend another £80 on a new board for no reason.

Perhaps you kind people could suggest some things i can do to it.

Thanks in advance,
