Min / Max CPU Multiplier 6x / 8x What this means?

I bought an Intel Core 2 Duo 2.13 Ghz PC. Mother board is Intel DP965LT.
When I run the CPUZ software, it gives my Core speed as 1598.4 Mhz with Multiplier 6x. Everest software shows Min / Max CPU Multiplier 6x / 8x. That means it comes to Core speed of 2131.2 Mhz (2.13 Ghz) only when the Multiplier is 8x.
So why is the CPUZ show it as 6x & how can I change it to 8x to achive the 2.13 Ghz speed?

Check in the bios, pressing the delete key or maybe F1 or F2 on startup.

Possibly a different key.
