Microsoft Vista 1pk and 3pk versions

I was just wondering if anyone knew what the different between the 1pk and 3pk versions of Microsoft Vista. Theres quite a large price difference.

1 license =1pk which means you can only install it on one computer. 3pk= 3 licenses which means you can install the copy on 3 different computers with 3 different product keys. the 3pk is cheaper than buying 3 individual copies.
