Microsoft Outlook.Item goes direct to Deleted file

I have used the Organize facility in MO to exclude emails with the words like viagra etc. Since doing that e-mails from one regular contact always ends up in the deleted folder regardless of the words used. I did not set this up to happen (in fact I cannot see how to do this). Can anyone help me stop emails from Paul going straight into deleted please?

maybe its a similar word to ones that you have excluded? is there an option to say "similar words" to what you have excluded?

Go into tools.message rules. And make sure your friend has not been put in the blocked senders list by accident.

Sorry. That was for Outlook Express.I don't know if it is the same on Microsoft outlook.

Hi.Have you managed to fix your problem.Or is it still ongoing.

I am removing the existing instructions to manage e-mails incoming one by one, but have not found the culprit yet! Each change needs an e-mail from P to find out if anything has changed. I will advise progress (or not) before Monday. Thanks buteman.

In the end, I removed all the remaining instructions given to the Organize Box of M.O. .The e-mail from Paul now remains in 'Inbox'!!! Unfortunately by doing this it means I will never know what was causing the problem, but doing it bit by bit was taking for ever. Thanks to buteman for responding.
