Microsoft Outlook

Dear all,

How do you link your Gmail accounts (I have a few) to Microsoft Outlook - in a way such that when I delete or reply to a message in Outlook, it automatically synchronizes with the Gmail account so that I don't have to do it twice? Would this also work the other way, i.e. if I delete or reply to a message in Gmail, it automatically updates the Outlook mailbox?

Much appreciation for any help or advice!

Thanks,
Benjamin.

Thank you, VoG for your reply. I’ll have a look.

Dear all,

I wonder if there are any mail notifiers or management system that could be used to perform such a function other than Microsoft Outlook? I have tried click here, but it wouldn’t let me enter the whole of my longest email address (it’s quite long: 25characters before @gmail.com).
