Microsoft Outlook

Apologies for re-submitting this but its important to me and I can't get an answer .....

I would like to know please how Outlook can be configured so that when wanting to insert a file, a particular location specified by me is opened - in this case I want Outlook, by default, to open up a networked drive as opposed to "My Documents."
