However...message come up after pc been on for a few minutes saying 'MICROSOFT OUTLOOK Either there is no default mail client or current mail client cannot fulfill messaging requests....Please run MICROSOFT OUTLOOK and select as default mail client......Question do I need to do this ?? As I will not use Microsoft Outlook for my mail....any advice gratefully accepted...thanks

you don't need to do it.

The system is simply telling you there is no default mail client selected.

How can I stop the message keep popping up though ?? Thanks

it might be saying that Outlook Express cannot deal with the amount of emails/requests that are pending and that Outlook will be able to deal with them...

If I was you I would delete all email accounts from OE
