microsoft IE.Firewall bypass spy ware prob

i got these spyware when i ran spybot s+d and they look serious ,here is the log -

Hi, there has been a Microsoft windows update today and possible for the Internet Explorer,

That is why spybot is telling you because there has been a change to the Registry

thanks for replying mfletch,i used spybot to fix things but i will go to windows update and manually up date just in case i am missing anything,cheers and thanks again
