Microsoft ie7 update KB931768

Running IE7 on XP Home Edition. After applying the above security update IE7 failed to start with message:
'File Download Security Warning
Name:Navcancl
Type: Unknown file type 2.64 kb
From: IEFRAME .Dll
Removing the update does not correct the problem.
Found that reinstalling IE7 fixes it until the Security Update is reapplied.
Also disabling Phishing in Internet Explorer fixes it.
Anyone else having the same?

Yes. I have to use system restore to be able to reconnect to internet.

After installing the update I can not connect using IE7 the same problem exists for me too

I'm running XP Home and IE7, read your post and set a System Restore point before downloading the Update just in case, but I have had no problem with the installation.

Start IE7 after using system restore. Like I said I am a XP user not vista

Right click on the toolbar area and tick Menu Bar if its disabled

Tools->Options->Advanced->Security->Disable Phishing Filter
