The latest update is giving IBIS Toolbar as a false positive, according to the Microsoft Newsgroups.
Why "?" ?
So what is it actually removing? It deleted what it detected as IBIS on my PC this morning :o(
It removes a file which is associated with Quicktime. click here Go to "General" and scroll down to "False positive" (past the IBIS Toolbar post).
Thanks.QuickTime still works as far as I can tell, so no damage done.
I did a Google search on unvise32qt.exe and I found a reference to it as a "Trojan/Backdoor". So it looks as if it is one of those things which assumes the name of a legit file.
speaking of microsoft anti-spyware does anyone know whats haoppening after the beta runs out, someone told me that its going too b free to SP" users is this true?
