Microsoft Access - Auto Numbering Fields

Trying to set-up a database in Access (bit of an experiment at this time) and want to have one field that is basically an ID number for the record (Works order number actually). Now I can find a way to do this if I don't mind the first record being number 1, but I want the field to start at say 1600. Also I'd like the number to be preceded by leading zeros, so rather than 1600, I may want the field to be 001600, then 001601 etc. Does anyone know if this is possible? I'm guessing it must be as it can be done in Works database - I'm just very new to Access and really don't know how to do things with it.

Thanks in advance. :)
