I HAVE JUST HAD TO REINSTALL MY TINY COMPUTER WITH WINDOWS 98SE
MY PROBLEM IS THAT I HAVE REINSTALLED ALL MY SOFTWARE BUT WHEN ACCESSING WORD IT ASKS FOR THE PRODUCT CD KEY WHICH I DIO NOT HAVE THE SOFTWARE WAS ALREADY INSTALLED ON THE COMPUTER AND MY DAUGHTER PUT ALL THE DISKS INTO HARD CASE'S NOT REALISING THAT THE PRODUCT KEY WAS ON ONE OF THE PAPER SLEEVES I HAVE CONTACTED TINY HELP LINE AND THEY VIRTUALY SAID HARD LUCK. IS THERE ANYWAY AROUND THIS PROBLEM

With one PC I had, the product code sticker had been placed on the rear panel of the pc itself. A daft idea if you have it in a cupboard. Have you tried looking on the pc casing? Just an idea.
