mial messages stuck

I have a number of messages in windows mail which I cannot read or get rid of them, all i get when I click on them is this message.
"Windows Mail encountered an unexpected problem while displaying this message. Check your computer for low memory or low disk space and try again."
what can I do I have no memory or disk space problem.

Try simply re-starting the PC, then try again.

Try re-installing windows mail (over the top of the present one), and also re-enter all your Account Properties.

You could also delete the Temp folder in C:Windows, then re-start your computer, during which Windows will create a new empty Temp folder. While doing this you might get a message about not being able to delete a particular file, ignore that and carry on, this is normal.

dont know who your isp is with but most let you view your mail with a browser use that and delete the messages

Can you not right-click on the emails (without opening them) and then choose Delete?

Only other thing I can think of at the moment is, System Restore back to Before you received the messages.

If that does not work, you should run SuperantiSpyware or similar, and/or Ccleaner.
