Your motherboard just supports SATA 150. You have ordered a SATA 300 drive.

So NO it will not work out of the box.

The only way it will work is if the hard drive has speed reduction jumpers, some do, some don't. If it has not, then it's just a heavy door stop.

Check the hard drives manufactures web site to see if the drive can spin down.

Where can I get the Sata 150's from ??????

Aria, e-buyer, micro-direct all sell SATA150 drives. You just need to check the code numbers through google or the manufacturers web site. Easy.

You can use SATA 300 drives but you have to check that they are backwards compatible. Some drives are, some are not. It means doing a bit of work in researching the drives through google.
