Medion mim 2080

Hi guys i have a Medion mim2080 laptop, basicly i want to make it boot from disc so that i can reformat and use Windows Vista, but i have no idea how to do this whenever i reformat it just boots from D/, i think. Thanx in advance for any advice

On startup press Del or F2 or whatever key your laptop uses to enter the BIOS - it should tell you on a normal boot which key. Then change order of Boot in the BIOS to boot from CD.

Yeah thanks for that, but i have already tried it, its strange as no matter what order i put the boot sequence in it has no effect, i have removed the restore files from E-drive, and now it claims not to be able to reformat at all. Is very strange and really would like to upgrade, so any other suggestions would be awsome, Thanx in advance
