May have found the PCA sign out problem

  birdface 14:52 02 Apr 2009

IE8 XP/Home.I kept getting signed out of PCA although keep me signed in was ticked.
I used the same Sign in E-Mail address and password for Firefox as well.
So decided to use my MSN details to sign in on Firefox and my usual sign in details in Internet Explorer and so far I have not been cut off after leaving the computer for almost an hour.
So maybe a conflict between IE8 and Firefox.Time will tell but so far so good.

And It may be my imagination but Firefox print appears to be a lot clearer now.

Where abouts is the 'keep me signed in' button?

Everytime I navigate away from this site I get cut off and have to log-in again. But I just checked the 'keep me signed in' button and it's already ticked. Although I use both IE7 and Firefox, I'm not signed in with Firefox and in any case, I don't have them open at the same time. So there can't be a conflict between them causing my problem?

Ok will click as resolved although unresolved as no one has found a fix for it on this or other threads.

I use the same 'keep me signed in' cookie, and do so in Internet Explorer (7 and 8) and Google Chrome - I have not once experienced any problems.

You'll be signed out if you clear your cookies, of course.
