Maximum supported RAM in Win2K Pro

Hi

Before I upgrade my machines, how much RAM will windows 2000 pro support. My computers use PC133 RAM, and i would like to upgrade it as far as it will go!

4GB! Xp can only take 2GB cant it?

I believe its 4gb for XP but a lot of motherboards won't support that anyway.
