I wish to make video CD which I can view on TV using a Phillips DVDR. I have XP and an HP CD writer 9100 series.Does anyone know what software I need?
Nero would be fine.
As rickf says Nero will do the job. However the quality on a VCD (but OK for photos)is disappointing compared to a DVD.
You might like to check click here the type od dvd's your player can handle if you havn't made a vcd before.
btw I use Pinnacle Studio 9 click here to capture and edit my videos, but Nero to burn the DVD.
The quality will be better if you can burn it as a SVCD. Roxio will do the job, as does Nero.
Many thanks for the helpful and very prompt responses.
