mail merge from works database

I am trying to use my Works database to print envelopes for a newsletter, but can't get it to work, even using the explicit instructions given by the works advisor.
Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, how can I get round it?
Don't mind if I print labels or envelopes!

Use your database to set up the name/address details, but do the Mail merge from Word Processor on the Tools menu. You will have a choice of envelopes or labels.
