Mail Merge in Office 2003 advice

I am merging text data from a table in ACCESS into fields in text-boxes in a WORD document.
How do I put line breaks in the data so that the text reads correctly without having to edit each document separately after merging?

If anyone is interested I found you press Ctrl+Enter to force a line break anywhere in a field.
