Why o why can`t i have my subsription of pc advisor delivered on time. I have been told by a staff member that i won`t recieve my mag until 19th of dec ( that date has long gone) This months mag has been on sale in tesco since the 15th of Dec, surely it should be delivered to subscribers before the shops get it. still waiting 23/12/2007 ???????

Consumer Watch, or Speakers Corner? Not really a computer problem.

Probably due to delay in xmas post. Not the end of the world.

Already spoken to the person concerned. My bigest gripe is that they said that in no way was december issue on sale in the shop on the 15th dec. I now what i saw in Tesco was the latest issue . ( Sorry i posted this in the wrong Forum )

Which month are you actually talking about?

"This month" is December.

I got my February Issue at least a week ago.

If it's a regular delay it's probably a local Royal Mail problem.

If it's a one off it's probably Christmas mail overload.

Shops get their stocks from wholesale handlers, by road, and are unlikely to suffer such seasonal delays.

I understand that publishers have strict rules about retailers putting mags out early in an attempt to steal a march on their competitors.

If your local Tesco did put the mags out early, the the PCA distribution manager might be interested.
