Lotus Wordpro security problem

I have been tidying up my hard disks and now find that I cannot write to my F:/Wordpro directory. I am told that I do not have rights to that directory. Going into the Team Security window I am not sure what to change as everything looks OK.

Using Windows Explorer I notice that there is a folder for 'users documents' which contains all the Wordpro Documents. This seems to be a duplicate/copy of everything in the Wordpro folder in my F:\drive. How can I get back to saving files in F:\Wordpro?

I did manage to save the file in the 'user documents' folder (as F:\xxx.lwp) but then, when I select the 'save' icon, I get the error message: F:\xxx.lwp is in use by another program and cannot be OPENED by Wordpro. But I am trying to SAVE it. How can I find which other program is using it? Opening Task Manager window doesn't show an obvious culprit.
