i have borrowed my mates old computer untill my laptop arives. it is running windows 2000 proffesional. there was no password set for the administrater so you just pressed ok and it logged on. trouble is i went to delete a guest but ended up deleting the Administrator. now i cant get on because its asking for a password which there wasnt one in the first place. Is there anyway i can override it so i can get on?

I would suggest that as it is a friends "old computer" then you boot with the Win2k disk, format and reinstall windows. That way you will have a clean install.
