First Delete All Temp Internet Files and All Cookies,

Download this Free Antispyware {Superantispyware} Before using the Antispyware for the first time check for any updates.

Can you confirm if IE6 as the fix will not work in IE7 ?

Try Firefox www mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/
Again dont forget the dot after www

Also try a reinstall of IE7 if you are using IE7

www filehippo.com/download_internet_explorer/

If you have upgraded to IE7 and use to have IE6 you can roll this back in Add and remove programs.
