Lost Home Page

I have bt Broadband running under Vista Home Premium. Recently I have not been able to log onto my home page all I get is a dialog box asking me to sign in with my user ID and password, however this screen completly freezes the machine and I have to use Ctrl/Alt/Del to get the task manager to un freeze and delete the program. I have now had to switch to MSN as my home page which is working perfectly okay, but still cannot log onto the Bt sites.

I used my computer at work running under Windows NT and logged onto my home page. I registered this problem with Bt who sent me an e-mail, telling what to do to correct the problem. Apart from some of their instrcution actually not being compatable with the screens I opened you can guess it still did not work.

Any ideas what has happend, and how to correct. I can still get e-mail via windows mail but cannot access my bt mail
