When I go into my start menu and then into my computer my d and e drive have gone missing could anybody tell me how to get them back thank you.
Some more details on your computer spec please?Operating system, main hard drive, etc...
I presume they are not now listed in Device Manager?If not, try going into Safe Mode and then Device Manager again.If both drives are now listed then the most likely cause of your problem is down to loose or incorrectly fitted leads or cables.
