Losing WiFi Connection

I have a Home network - Desktop directly connected (cat5)to Belkin 54g & My Dell is D610 connected ny wireless - recently the Dell loses its connection every 2 hours or so - Any ideas please?

Have a look at your router settings and see what the Lease Time is set at.... These can vary from minutes to days depending on how it is setup.....

I have the same card and have been having disconnection problems too but my connection wouldn't stay up for as long as yours. I was lucky if I stayed connected for 10 minutes!

I have come across many others with similar problems with this card and a solution seems to be to update the Intel driver to version 9.0.1.21 click here My network speed still dips occasionally but no longer cuts off and is much improved.

Thanks - will check out the time rates + Update driver (thought I had the latest!) but only Ver.9.0.0.61
