Looking for pc about £600 can you suggest one?

Hi all, a friend is looking for a desktop pc for about £600.

It is to be shared by three children all aged 13-17 and the parents would like to do 'business' on it.

I guess they would like as much HD space as possible.

HD space isnt a probelm, you can get a 250GB HD for stupid money!

Any idea what programs you will be using on it? meaning are there gonna any programs that require high CPU speed?

I suggest looking around and not going to any rip off stores like Dixons or PC world that charge over the top prices for PC's to punters that no nothing about them.

This is a site I use : click here

YOU choose what you want in a computer and they customly build it for you!

Theres hundreds of PCs that would do that. Need more info, will the kids want to play games for example that can make it a lot more differcult, do they need a printer as well.
Have a look at the Novatech ones click here the prices are without monitor you have to add that.

Hi all, guess what? They have bought one from Dell because Dell dropped the delivery charge for them.

Oh well never mind.

Many thanks for your help again,

Hi Bof
Strange you say that "Dell dropped the delivery charge for them".

Dell normally offer free delivery with a pc/laptop purchase.

Bought twice from them now and about to be a third and never paid delivery charges.....and you can haggle with them a wee bit.

Hope your friends are happy with the new system Bof.
