Having restored a machine to running after a crash for one of my flock- she now needs to get back to her ISO- Talktalk. The talktalk disk loaded correctly acknowledged the modem and connected to server. This came up with message-' nowfollow exactly your 'Welcomel letter instructions - She gas lost the letter. A 0870 phone call to the help desk in dampest India - told her her her username is the landline telephone number. Did that [she remembered the password] call accepted. Now to get to the mail account- User name and password required Phone number and pass wrod - incorrect Email and password -incorrect check lost user name - answer land-line phone try again - This time an AOL page telling her the account is 'managed by your provider' So yet another loop Any ideas?
