Locating particular music -How?

My other half has asked me to find a particular piece of music.
I had to confess I did not know where to start.
One of the Search engines I guess
Google/Copernicus/ Dogpile perhaps
but then what?
I know the Composer/Soloists/ and titles [ There are at least 2 versions] one version is orchestral the other is a song.
So using Google/Geeves/ Dogpile/Copernicus
What do I call up?

for what it is worth I relate the detail
Composer -Morricone
Source - Sound track of a film -The Mission
The piece- orchestral - Gabriel's Oboe
Soloist Yo To Maa
The Piece -Song - Nella Fantasia - Soloist Russell Watson.

All ideas welcome
