I would like to thank all who offered advice with my Livebox connection problems. I have been advised by Orange that it was a cd problem caused by them after an update. They gave me details on how to connect without a cd!
So, I now get Internet via the Livebox but I can no longer get my e-mail via Outlook Express. Can anyone suggest how to get my Outlook Express back, it keeps asking for a dial up number?

Check express...

Go to tools, accounts, and see if it is using your actual connection to get email, select it as default. Also delete your dial up account from Control Panel, Network Connections...
