Linksys Wireless Router problem

Hi guys

I have be using this Router Linksys WG54G V2 for the past year both ethernet and wirless no to day i have lost the ethernet connection totally

I have so far formatted by machine that uses ethernet, uninstalled and reinstalled networks

Reset router to factory default re-entered all details to get wireless conection to post this

i have 2 machines connected via ethernet no power showing in the linksys router in the ethernet power lights

any help please

i have also just connected my btvoyager router and can connect via ethernet so the lynsys router is the issue

any help to sort it out

If (a) resetting the router to factory defaults and (b) leaving it without power for a while and then rebooting don't get it running properly again, I would suspect it has developed a hardware fault.

Make sure you have definitely "hard reset" it back to factory defaults properly. It can sometimes be tricky to ensure this has been totally successful and it might be worth repeating the procedure a couple of times to make certain.
