The above named icon has suddenly appeared on my start up bar. I don't know what it is, where it came from, what it does or how to get rid of it. Opening it says "No drivers were found". It is not in the Add/remove list so I can't remove it and I can't find a delete facility. Please advise.

Have you tried ystem Restore to a date before this appeared?
Otherwise I think I would be inclined to download it and reinstall then reboot and uninstall

Many thanks for your replies. I did not explain my problem very clearly. I don't want this software. How do I get rid of it please?

It's in my link above.

Here it is in Type,

Locate the directory where the LightScribe system files are stored. c:\\program files\common files\lightscribe.

Find and right click the file named LS_HSI.msi, then choose "Uninstall".

Reboot. The LSS should be uninstalled from your computer. This will enable you to install an existing or older version of the LSS if you choose to do so.

Did you try System Restore, which is usually the easiest way out?
