Leadtek Winfast PCI TV2000 XP Tuner card

Trying to get the above TV Tuner card working. Have got latest AGP ATI drivers, Sun Java 6.2, Adobe Flash v9, Codec v4 from microsoft, all drivers installed fine and no yellows, running on a 2GB PC3200, Athlon 64 2.2GHz, 350Gb HDD, XP with SP2 Home, 480w Xilence PSU ATX 2 & Asus A8N-E Bios v1008

Recently had to replace PSU due to failure, found after return from holiday weeks ago, it shows some picture but very distorted, sound is fairly decent though.

Only thing not installed is the Winfast DVD software just installed TV Tuner software & drivers, oh and NetFramework v1 & 2 installed.

Would like to get it working, but what can I check. Will try another PCI slot while any suggestions arrive.

What type of TV aerial signal are you feeding to the tuner - it could be too little or even too much if it's a hybrid (Freeview) card?

its a analogue not Digital or Freeview. using roof mounted aerial from room next door with a 10m ext on it. I have checked the ext to be fine on both tvs in other rooms.

as howard64 said, he thinks it may be because the remote control infra red thing is not connected? but I carn't try this till later Sunday.

I have tried scanning, scan with fine tune and adaptive scanning all give same results.
